I want to conduct votes in city councils and prefectural assemblies without using ballots or smartphones.
Decisions and appointments in local governments can be conducted reliably, efficiently, and without interception using dedicated terminals. Automatic record-keeping enables the digital transformation of the assembly.
Our election system is specialized for voting and appointment elections in prefectural assemblies, city councils, and town and village councils. The voting mode offers three options: approve, oppose, and abstain, while the election mode features a multi-round voting function that does not decide in a single round. Both modes can be easily switched using tabs on the operation screen, completely separating the screen viewed by the facilitator (the system operator) from the screen shown to voters, and ensuring that interim results are not displayed until the voting deadline. The voting terminals are wireless but use a different method than Wi-Fi, providing resistance to eavesdropping equivalent to infrared methods. Traditional hand-raising or paper ballots require significant effort and time for preparation, tallying, and recording. Additionally, systems that use smartphones instead of paper ballots face various challenges, such as app downloads, wireless environment requirements, and information management in cloud usage. However, by using dedicated voting terminals, we can achieve stress-free, simple, reliable, and speedy voting and decision-making. The operation PC is a laptop, and the dedicated voting terminals are lightweight and compact enough to fit in the palm of your hand, making setup in the assembly hall very easy. We also offer rental and demo units, so please feel free to contact us.
